Molvin AD is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Assistant to join the team in Andorra. Molvin AD has a small global outreach now with clients in the UK, Spain, France, Austria, Canada, the US and Andorra but we see this as just the beginning. Specialising in business system automation, HR & Recruiting, we are expanding our services and need the right talent in our team to achieve our goals of revolutionising business processes.
This will be a varied role with a primary focus on organising our current workflows, building relationships with third-party providers on behalf of us and our clients. Undertaking a variety of admin-related tasks, the Administrative Support Assistant will facilitate our offerings to external clients as we continue to grow.

Due to the future plans for the business and the pivotal role this position will have, we are offering this position on a remote basis as long as you’re able to travel around Andorra for meetings.
